Order Info:

New Accounts:
First deliveries are normally shipped FedEx COD. Subsequent deliveries are shipped COD until a credit rating has been established for you. Please contact us for a credit application. We do not establish open terms without one. You may download a credit application by clicking here. If you would like to pay by credit card you must also complete an authorization form. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to view the application.

Minimum Orders:
Minimum initial order is $1000.00 - Minimum reorder is $100.00.

Short Shipments:
Claims for missing items must be submitted within ten days of receipt of goods. No exceptions.

Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice.

Returns:
All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving merchandise. Any return request must be handled by at sales representative who will assign a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Our shipping department will refuse any return without an RMA number written on the package. Returns will be issued credits only. No cash refuds.

Past Due Accounts:
A 1.5% finance charge will be added to all past due accounts. Collection fees will be added to all delinquent accounts.

Delivery:
